**Items available on first come first serve basis**

1. All ORDERS upon confirmation will require FULL payment.
2. Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of order. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the order and all items will be released for sale.
3. Once you confirmed the items and made payment, we shall email/sms/call you to advise the delivery details.
4. We can customise your orders accordingly (see above). However, we have the right to decline any designs/no. of items/intricate details that we deem is difficult for our creative mind but other than that we shall try our best to make business with you. Thus, we seek your utmost understanding.
5. Exchanges and Returns are not allowed, All Sales are FINAL!

Customisation of Gifts

Thus, We would like to enhance your purchase experience by further including Handmade Gift cards and the already available boxes adorn in ribbons/flowers/embellishments for that special someone.

Please look at the pictures in our blog and feel free to request any colour themes or any sample designs you like to purchase with.

You could also customise your request by giving us pictures/ideas.

Please do take note that sometimes the designs may differ from what you want but we will try our best to keep it similar.

Payment:

1. Interbank Transactions will only be via POSB/ DBS or UOB Funds Transfer.
2. We shall advise our account number upon confirmation of item.
3. Once payment made, we will advise on the date of delivery/ meet up.
4. If items are available in our blog, please allow 2 working days for items to be ready.
5. For items which are not available, please allow 9 days (max.) for preparation as well as delivery.

**Rest assure we take great effort in keeping your details private and shall not divulge it to anyone**

All other parts, will be at our discretion and convienience.

2. Meet Ups will be at:

3. All other form of delivery will be through Singpost.

**As for now, we only deliver to Singapore addresses.

5. Please be reminded that we do not deliver the gifts items to Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island and any other restricted areas in the region.
